As a Director in-charge of core departments – Finance and Operations, Tushar Chandra brings greater efficiencies in the business processes and consistently delivers value to Aamaya's clients, partners and teams. His clear thinking, team collaboration and innovative mindset make him the right person for the role.
Rooted in the traditions of the hospitality and guided by a lifelong pursuit of refinement, Tushar began his career in hospitality business, little did he know, what destiny had for him. He quit his cushy corporate job to help his mother Mrs. Mala Chandra at a crucial juncture, when she needed a trusted and capable hand to manage her fast-growing business.
As Director of Finance and Operations, Tushar brings to the table a rare blend of strategic insight and operational finesse shaped by 17- years of experience in the global hospitality industry. His journey has always revolved around one enduring principle: excellence is found in the details.
